The Sales Module is an exciting new feature in netFORUM that provides an easy and efficient way to manage sales leads and commissions within your organization. The Module effectively organizes territories, sales leads, sales people, and commission procedures to ensure your sales department operates efficiently. Regardless of your sales volume, this great new feature in netFORUM will allow you to manage the sales leads and opportunities.

You can use the Sales Module to:

  • Manage and track prospective customers.
  • Manage and track sales leads and opportunities.
  • Track the sales opportunities as they move through the sales cycle.
  • Manage your sales pipeline.
  • Manage sales people territories and product lines.
  • Calculate and pay sales people commissions based on sales.

The netFORUM Sales Module works in conjunction with other modules including:

  • CRM to manage the customers involved in the projects
  • CRM to track the regions
  • CRM to track assignments
  • E-marketing using the prospect list import to track new prospective customers
  • Admin to track which netFORUM users are sales people

Sales Module Overview

To access the Sales Module, on the Modules menu, click the Sales icon. The Sales Module contains group items for Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Assignments and Territories.
